Your body is doing something incredible, but pregnancy often also comes with aches, swelling, rib tightness, and sleep that isn’t restorative. My prenatal massage is designed to meet you where you are—safe positioning, gentle–to–moderate pressure, and clear consent every step of the way.
Pregnancy changes everything—muscles stretch, joints shift, and your core and pelvic floor take on new demands. You don’t have to “just deal with it.” Thoughtful, well-trained touch can help you feel more at ease in a body that’s working overtime. How it helps:
Creates space for deeper breath and easier movement
Calms the nervous system to support rest and better sleep
Reduces swelling and the “puffy” feeling
Eases low-back and hip pain, sciatic discomfort, and rib tightness
Low-back/hip pain, sciatic discomfort, swelling, rib or pelvic tension, stress and sleep struggles during pregnancy.
Side-lying or supported positioning (your choice), gentle–moderate pressure, focused work in safe areas, lots of pillows and bolsters, and frequent comfort checks. Sessions are informed by Kate Jordan training and always consent-first.
Eased aches, lighter legs, deeper breath, better sleep, and feeling more comfortable in a changing body.
Targeted relief where you need it. Focus on low back/hips, ribs, neck/shoulders, feet/legs—your call.
Positioning made for pregnancy. Side-lying or supported setups with pillows/bolsters so you can truly relax.
Consent and clarity. I explain draping, positioning, and techniques before anything happens.
A calm start. We’ll check in about trimester, comfort, goals, and boundaries.
I’m trained in Bodywork for the Childbearing Year (Kate Jordan Seminars) and bring 20+ years of experience adapting sessions to real bodies and real life. I keep communication clear and the environment quiet and respectful—your body, your boundaries, your session.
