Your body is doing something incredible, but pregnancy often also comes with aches, swelling, rib tightness, and sleep that isn’t restorative. My prenatal massage is designed to meet you where you are—safe positioning, gentle–to–moderate pressure, and clear consent every step of the way.

Why Prenatal Massage Matters

Pregnancy changes everything—muscles stretch, joints shift, and your core and pelvic floor take on new demands. You don’t have to “just deal with it.” Thoughtful, well-trained touch can help you feel more at ease in a body that’s working overtime. How it helps:

Creates space for deeper breath and easier movement

Calms the nervous system to support rest and better sleep

Reduces swelling and the “puffy” feeling

Eases low-back and hip pain, sciatic discomfort, and rib tightness
